Both. The reference is printed on the dial at six o'clock, in Spanish. The same reference is engraved into the steel caseback.
It is rated 5 ATM (50 m), like every model. Rain, hand washing and brief splashes are fine. The rotating bezel is for timing. Take it off to swim, shower or use a sauna, and keep the crown pushed in.
Reina-Valera 1909 for Spanish and the King James Version for English. Both are in the public domain. The dial carries only the reference, so you can read the verse in the translation you prefer.
