These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order placed with REDIMO, operated by [Company legal name] ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Products

We sell quartz wristwatches and accessories. We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Dial colors can look slightly different from one screen to another, and small variations in finish are normal. Specifications are listed on each product page.

2. Availability

Each model is made in limited numbers. Product pages show whether a watch is available or sold out. Payment is taken in full when you place the order. If we cannot fulfill an order, we cancel it and refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. For orders shipped to Mexico, import duties and taxes are included in the price. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. If a price is displayed in obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, an error in price or description, or inability to fulfill it. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

5. Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy. Products are covered by our 2-year limited warranty. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

6. Reviews and content you submit

If you send us a review, photo or message for publication, you confirm it is your own and truthful, and you give us permission to display it on the store and in our communications. We do not publish reviews we know to be false, and we do not edit reviews to change their meaning.

7. Intellectual property

The site design, text, photographs, product designs and the REDIMO name are owned by us or our licensors. Scripture quotations are from the Reina-Valera 1909 and the King James Version, which are in the public domain. You may not copy our content for commercial use without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

9. Disclaimers

Except for the express warranty referred to above, and to the extent permitted by law, products and the site are provided without other warranties, express or implied. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
