Our Story
Whose time is it?
Redimiendo el tiempo, porque los días son malos. Efesios 5:16 · Reina-Valera 1909
REDIMO means just that: redeem the time. Every watch carries one verse: its reference on the dial and engraved on the back.

Chapter 1
The promise
…old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.2 Corinthians 5:17
The founder of REDIMO doesn't come from a family of watchmakers. He comes from a conversion. When he met Christ, the old life got heavy: he had a business that paid the bills, but he was selling things his conscience could no longer carry. One night at the kitchen table, he walked away without knowing what came next. He made one promise: whatever he builds, it carries His Word.

Chapter 2
The verse comes first
Nothing here starts in a catalog. It starts with an open Bible. Before color, size or price, we choose a verse: one that gets prayed at home, one that gets said at the door before work. If the verse can't stand on its own, there is no watch. That is why every model is named after its verse and carries its reference.
The verse comes first. Then the watch.

Chapter 3
The drawing
Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables.Habakkuk 2:2
Then come a pair of hands and a white pencil. Late at night at the workbench, the dial is drawn around the verse: the cross or the symbol above, the reference below, every mark placed so the Word reads at a glance. The hands that draw don't sign their work. They go slowly, like someone writing a letter that will be kept for a lifetime.

Chapter 4
The faith to convince a factory
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.Hebrews 11:1
With the drawing done, the hardest part was still ahead: finding someone to make it. The factories that know watches are far away, and a watch with a verse is not what they are usually asked for. We wrote. We explained. We kept asking. It took faith to ask for it exactly this way, nothing removed. In the end, a factory across the ocean said yes. It engraves the reference into the steel of every caseback, right against the skin.

Chapter 5
On the family's wrist
And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children.Deuteronomy 6:7
And then it arrives where it was meant to be. In the truck at five in the morning. In church on Sunday, with the shirt pressed. On the job site, at the office, in the kitchen. And one day on a son's wrist, as his father fastens the clasp and says what was once said to him at the door: “Dios por delante, son.”
The verse comes first. Then the watch.
